Terms governing use of this corporate website at hallitse.fi. Our SaaS products (Hallitse Tavarasi, Hallitse Ohjelmistosi, future products) have their own terms governing the contractual relationship with customers + operators.

Effective from 26th March 2026.

1 - Purpose

hallitse.fi is the corporate website of Hallitse Oy. It exists to introduce the company, its product portfolio, and provide contact details. No contract is formed between you and Hallitse Oy by visiting this site.

2 - Acceptable use

You may use this site to read information about Hallitse Oy and to contact us via the email address provided. You agree not to:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or automatically scrape the site;
  • attempt unauthorised access to any non-public part of the site or its hosting infrastructure;
  • misrepresent yourself in correspondence with us.

3 - Intellectual property

The wordmark Hallitse and the corresponding logo lockup, the site's design, code, copy, and all visual assets are the property of Hallitse Oy. All rights reserved. You may not copy, republish, or use the wordmark or visual assets without our written permission.

Quoting short, attributed excerpts of text for editorial, journalistic, or analyst purposes is permitted without further request, on the understanding that the source is credited and the excerpt is not misrepresented.

4 - No warranty

Information on this site is provided as-is. Product features, timelines, and pricing on our SaaS surfaces are described accurately at the time of publication but may evolve - the live product pages are the authoritative source when there's a divergence. We make no warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose.

5 - Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Hallitse Oy is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of this site. This does not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish law.

6 - Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent local courts. Consumers always retain the right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
